Enabling Telegram alerts

1. Connect Telegram in Notification Settings.
2. Edit a watchlist item and check Telegram.
3. Save.

Email is the default. New items start with Email on and Telegram off. You can enable both.

Lottery alerts

Under Notification Settings, enable Telegram per state (Pro). Same rule: connect first, then opt in per state.
